Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is good for 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 90 days.

Replacements

We will replace items that are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@scandersonlabs.com with a picture of the damaged item. We will get you a replacement.
